Harlem Jazz Club (Comtessa de Sobradiel 8, Gòtic) has two regular jams. On Tuesdays, the Blues & Early Jazz Jam, which has been running for 17 years and is led by Chino Swingslide, a swing and blues guitarist and singer. On Thursdays, the Mr Shingles Soul & Blues Jam.
Both start at 10:30 PM and cost €11. The rhythm section is fixed and whoever signs up joins in on top: singers, music students, musicians passing through.
In 2026 Chino Swingslide's band won the Volotea Blues Challenge and will represent Spain at the 2027 European Blues Challenge. Dates and tickets, in the Harlem calendar.
